Once ANCE receives your enrolment form, the enrolment confirmation documents including an Invoice and a Letter of Offer will be sent to you. Upon receipt of payment, ANCE will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) form. You will need to present a copy of the eCoE when applying for your student visa.

All tuition fees will be refunded if the application for an initial visa is rejected.
Proof of refusal must be provided no later than four weeks after the date of refusal, otherwise normal cancellation fees will be charged.
Full course fees for courses of 24 weeks in length or less are required 2 weeks prior to the course commencement date, or prior to issuing the eCoE.
For courses 25 weeks in length and more, a payment plan will be arranged in 2 instalments. The first 24 weeks will need to be paid prior to issuing the eCoE.

Please bring your passport, a copy of your visa as well as stationery for your first classes (a notebook and pens). You can bring lunch and place it in the fridge in the student kitchen when you arrive or you will be able to buy lunch from any of the shops in the food court just across the road.
If you are enrolled in a day course, you should come to school at 8:30 on your first day. If you are enrolled in an evening program, please come at 4pm on your first day (classes will start at 5pm on all other days after that). Simply introduce yourself to our receptionist and we will guide you from there.
ANCE accepts Elementary to Advanced students.
Students should have a basic understanding of English grammar, reading and speaking before they come. All lessons are given in English.
All students studying on a Student Visa are required by the Australian Government to obtain Overseas Health Cover medical insurance. The total cover will need to be the course length, plus one extra month.
